i've never posted a review before but feel compelled to do so here. the guys at stiegler run their place it like a business but treat you like a friend. i've been going to them for several years now. i recently took in my six month old lexus suv. accidentally hit a wood post in my driveway on the front corner of the vehicle and it cracked in a few places. it looked horrible. they offered to try a smaller less expensive fix rather than just replacing the bumper which would have allowed them to charge me more. with this kind of job it could not be perfect but it would at least look better. not only did their suggestion work but i could not even tell where it was ever damaged! when it comes to mechanics and body shops i don't know much so i feel like a victim of the system. but that's not the case here. if ever you need work done do yourself a favor and stop by to see johnnie, avo or rudy. i won't go anywhere else as long as they are around.

They kept me informed all week of the progress- and had it ready, on time, as promised. No extra fees or surprises- and it was freshly washed. This is my second visit, so it's not just a one-off experience! The employees are all friendly and helpful- and the Enterprise rental location is literally right across the street for maximum convenience. I don't WANT to have to come back here...but it's LA, so I probably will.
